Default Programmatic Rendering - Chapter 9

Hi,
I followed the C# example in chapter 9 but I modified to read all report parameters from a SQL Server table. App works great. I now want to call the Windows Form based app from a Web page. Anyone know if this is possible or the best way to approach this?
