Default capturing clicks on sql report tabs

is there anyway i can capture clicks on the sql report tabs and insert a record into the sql table each time user clicks the tab? im not sure whether its a tab because im new in sql report, i think it is a text box with bookmark functionality?
what is the best way to do this?

need help
