Unhappy the cmdlet command execute error

now I have create a treustedapplication,just as the book says,I excute the Enable-CsReplica command,then i excute the
Invoke-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus command,but it says not find the command....

so,i hope someone can tell me why this happend,thanks,I am waiting the answer onilie,thanks....

The cmdlet is Get-CsManagementStoreReplicationStatus
