Default Copying a Project/Solution

Once a Project/Solution is created and saved, is it possible to save/copy it to another folder with another name ? If so, how ? It was possible under VB6.

I have tried many ways to do this in VB 2005, but nothing seems to work.

Thanks.

Steven
