Default COM object to write files in asp

I am looking for a COM object to write files in asp without Iuser access, does there exist such a beast?:(

BTW, i do realize i can use the FileSystemObject, but that requires Iuser Access, and for the special case scenerio i have for a site i'm building i need a component that uses something ther that FSO. thanks, flyin
