Default about installer

Hi:

I am a newbie to windows installer. And I have some problems and need
some assistance. I hope to build a package which can apply autorestart,
that means, like some other installer package, when the application installing
finishing, the dialog will show and ask user to restart. And furthermore,
how to implement uninstall function.
Any instruction are highly appreciated, thank a lot.
