need info was not able to find in book.

1.How do I link an image that is my custom wp page to another page that was created trough the wp admin panel please?
2. have set up a carousel on my custom page in each slide(three so far) I'd like to put a post.
How can I go about specifying which post per slide?Or page per slide?
