Like so many others on this board, I was looking forward to all the promising examples but have found myself so distracted by the glaring omissions and outright incorrect information in the book, that it has been a challenge to create these workflows.

While you may be a talented programmer or technical person, please consider hiring an individual with good attention to detail and a training mindset to help you edit the content and get it to a useable form. It's present state is deplorable and may set you and Wrox up for legal liability.
