C# 2005 Book

I got the book - "C# 2005 for professionals", but I can't run chapter16 - "SecurityDemos" solution from the book CD.
I get message -

               "This project includes a password-encrypted key
                used for signing. Enter the password for the key file
                to import the key file into the localcrypto-store
                database for use."
key file: mykey.pfx

Where I can get it ?
