i wanna to create a windows control library that one of the my properties is Items


as you know for example when you click the font property on property
window the font form will be open and you can select your font

i wanna to my property (Items) become a font property style (but this is not font property) in fact i wann when user click Items property a window become open and user select his items and then press Ok or press cancle

i hope you understand my problem

Although this is certainly doable, it's not an easy thing to do. You'll need a reasonable good understanding of the control architecture and their designer classes.

You'll need to create a custom ControlDesigner class that you associate with your control. Here's a starting point to get you familiar with the terminology, so you get other terms to Google for:

Sorry, I meant a UITypeEditor: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/lib...ypeeditor.aspx

although with a control that requires a UITypeEditor, you'll probably also want a ControlDesigner.

Yes, you need much more than that. Like I said, it's just a starting point so you know what other terms to Google for. With these terms, you can bring up many other useful articles that'll get you in the right direction.
