Default Documents books refers to

On page 30 in the Professional C# 2005 book it refers to documents available for vb to c3 "Give introduction to C # from the point of view of each language."
Where might I find these documents?

Indeed this was difficult to find and not obvious from the copy in the book itself.

On the book's code download page there are links at the end of the list to download bonus chapters:
