Brief description:
Xtactics is a Browser based Casual Massive multiplayer game (MMORPG) based on flash technology.
Xtactics is a new kind of game with a new kind of gameplay. And its free!
We call it "Semi Turn Based Game with Consistent Timing TM "
The game reminds Fallout, x-com or UFO style games, but gameplay is different
(has its own game system) and perfectly fits to a big multiplayer environment.

Technology:
C# for server and FLASH AS3 for client
Talent needed:
C# programmer and Action Script programmer.
Experience needed: network (client-server) programming is needed for both parts
Nice to have: Understanding / experience in isometric game development
Team structure:
- Team leader -> me
- 3 programmers (2 core engine programmers, 1 c++ chat server programmer)
- 4 artists (1 concept artist, 2 3d modelers, 1 designer)
