How to use AsnKeyParser to read and load Private key

Hi,

I have a pem private key and certificate which do not start with headers.
Instead their is some weird looking code. I am aware that you can read/load these type of certificates & private keys using AsnKeyParser.
Can you advise me on what the proper code may be to deal with this issue?
