Default RegCreateKeyEx Issue with service pack 2

Hi...

   I'm using RegCreateKeyEx to create registry keys...this works fine...it even works on XP until you install service pack 2..that's when it stops working...anybody got any ideas whats up with that?

Maybe it's a permission problem. Check it out carefully.
XP has permission for everything. coz to protect your pc against
hackers.

I give an example. I'm a web programmer. And I 've got to realise
that XP doesn't let u open popup windows. So I have to tell XP that let me open popup windows.

I hope u have understood.
