Default C++ and C certification

Hello Folks,

Can anybody suggest me on getting certification in C and C++.
I man which company or website is giving and those companies or website are well recoginzed by other companies. Though I know someof website like BrainBench and ExpertRating but I am not sure whether they are world recognized. Please do suggest me in regard of this.
