Default About Certification...

Hi guys...
      i have jus now joined thz forum n think might be useful 2 me...
so i jus start askin my doubt frm thz 1... if some 1 has time plz reply 2 it... actually i plannin 2 do a certification in oracle. i went into a deep study n i found it ll good if i do n dba side r pl/sql side. since i'm a s/w engg i prefer pl/sql but i'm confused wit those 2. i need a serious help in tat.
