Default forest fire model

Hi,

Anybody have experience in modeling the "forest fire algorithm"? If so, can any1 share the ideas and the complexity associated with the algorithm. I couldnt get a hold of an algorithm as such... or a detailed explanation. Can any1 provide me with some help in this regard?
