ANY introductory book on C/C++ will have at least one full chapter dedicated to pointers and pointer arithmetic. The benefits of reading this stuff online are obvious:
1) It's free
2) You can try the examples on your own machine as you read the material... provided you have a text editor and a compiler.
I recommend using books b'coz u get a detailed glance and good explanations of the aspects, yet more detailed.
For C, i used C by Example by Noel Kalicharan(Cambridge Univ. Edition), For C++, i use beginning C++ by Ivor Horton(Wrox books are the best)
hey buddy,
i do'nt know whether u'll be really able to get this book, but its really very good, and gets u real deep in the concepts....UNDERSTANDING POINTERS IN C, by Yashwant Kanetkar (BPB Publications).
