C++ and excell help?

I am new to c++ and I was wondering if someone could help me with learning how to interface excel with c++ particularly visual 2012 c++. I need to open a CSV file, delete the first line and the format the first column. Any sample code would be appreciated.'Thanks !

WHAT ARE YOUY TALKING ABOUT? Did you read the question? I was looking for how to manipulate an excel file in c++ using visual c++ 2012. I KNOW. How to do this in VB.NET and I know how to use excel. I just want help in c++ implementation
