Default About Video on demand

Hello.
I want to let my client program call the player like RealOne to play the video file while download the file from the server.
  How to do it?

Thank you,melvik.
My problem is that I want to realize my VOD with the architecture of Client/Server, but I found most VOD is based on B/S.
Could you tell me what is the difference between c/s and b/s?
Which one is better to VOD?

OK,now I know which one I should choose.
To do VOD with architecture of C/S is much more difficult than to do it with architecture of B/S,and it is unnecessary and has no much meaning.
  I have no choice.

  Cheers,
