I am a beginner in C#. I would like to know how to import a delimited flat file into a SQL Server database. The flat file example will be:

LastName|FirstName|Street Address|City|State|Zip
Doe|John|1234 Anywhere Street|Los Angeles|CA|99999

Any tip or lead to this will be greatly appreciated.
