Default Problem With VS 2003

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with VS 2003. I live at my university and I can't compile any programs I create because I am using VS via the school network. Specifically, I am having a problem not when I build, but when I try to execute the programs. I get the error saying that (paraphrasing) "You are not a member of the Debugging Group, you either have to be Admin or join the Deguggers Group". I pretty sure this means that because i'm not an admin, I don't have permission to run programs on the school network. I was wondering if there was another way (without using the command line) to run the program in the IDE. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
