Filling and submitting web form by C# application

i have tried to post data to a site http://www.codeproject.com. The program executes just fine but it returns the same old page, start page, every time. i have used NetworkCredetials and also sent data as buffer but same results again. i want to sign in on the site without using C# application.
i can provide the code if some one is interested.
i would be very thankful for any kind help
