Default .net framework 2.0 compatibilty...

title of book: Beginning Visual C#
ISBN: 7582
page: n/a
name: Jordan
contact info: my e-mail
This book says that it is designed for .NET v1.0...well i bought this book when the first version of the framework was out...along with Microsofts "visual C# .net standard edition v. 2003". What I want to know is, can I use the program and the book to work with v2.0 of the .NET framework or will it only work correctly with v1.0?

I believe it works just fine, for the v2.0 has complete compattibility with v1.0, so every class you find in 1.0 will be in 2.0 with some improvements, nevertheless. I am learning with that very same book you have and I'm not experiencing any problems, but to have a complete grasp of the entire picture, I bought the Professional Visual C# 2005.
