Hi chandler7272,

One of my favorite ways to use it is through the UI. Start your favorite Office app (e.g. Word, Excel) through the Windows Start Menu and then use your keyboard to type stuff and the mouse to hit buttons on the Office toolbars.... ;)

But seriously: your question is way too vague. What are you looking for exactly? Do you want to use C# or did you post this in the wrong forum. Are you aware of the Visual Studio Tools for Office? What do you want to accomplish??

Your question is still too broad. If you want to ask such broad questions, I think you're better off Googling a bit for this topic and do a bit of reading.

If you have specific questions about certain methods, ways to accomplish certain tasks, benefits of one method over another and so on, we are able to help. However, I don't think many people on this forum are willing to participate in your "Office Trivia" to get a complete list of interfacing methods into office.

I can ask it again and see if that helps: what do you want to accomplish? I can't believe you just want the list for the sake of a complete list....

Cheers,

Imar
