Default TopMost Dialog for Application not Desktop?

Hi All,

How can I make a dialog TopMost only for the application, not for the whole of the desktop? I have an Excel VSTO project where I want the dialog displayed on top of Excel as non-modal, but if I bring up another application I want the window hidden still until Excel is brought to the foreground again.
