How Can I Use EXE file without .NET Frame Work

HI,
I Create a Project in C#. In my comp. Visual Studio 2005. I built a Executable Exe file in bin\debug folder. When I send It to my friend. He is unable to run this file. what I do.

Install the .NET framework on your friends computer.
