Default Hoe Can I Execute an exe file in my web service?

i need your help .i have web service in c#.net.i wnt that when
my client request one methode an application run in server side.
(Execute an exe file in my web service).can you tell me how?

Dear it is better for you to get reply quickly to post this topic in .net or asp.net forum. But as for as I am concern that you can run an application by calling the API of windows, but how ? I don't know.
