how can I use SFTP instead of using FTP?

Hi,
I have an ASP page which uses a COM to send information from Windows server to UNIX server, currently I use the FTP Protocol, but I need use the SFTP Protocol (SSH - Secure Shell) instead of the FTP Protocol, How can I do it?
