@dparsons: The component is set up correctly and my script works for smaller files. When it comes to tens of Mb I will get the error.

@mat41: I found the clsUpload.asp you were probably talking about. But I think this won't work with Chili or am I wrong? Eventually I will try to do the Upload with FTP instead of HTTP. You're right! It makes much more sense.

The ASP upload would replace Chili wouldnt it? Forgive me its been a while since I thought about Chili, isnt it just a uploading tool?
