Default refreshing data

Gud day

Apparently I am a newbie so here goes:

I have a problem on how to refresh the contents of my form after I have triggered it thru a button.

Also how do I refresh the contents of a form found in another page when I trigger a button from a popup page page?

thanks in advance

Submit the form to itself, process the form data you have changed and then display the form and the ammended data.
To submit the form use a submit button or better still use the javascript command in the onclick event of the button

To refresh the parent window of a pop up use javascript to submit the parent pages form.
