Default UPLOADING SQL DATABASE

HELLO MY DEAR ,
I restore the database from enteprize manager in my local computer and copied it in to the db foldr of my folder .the manager of the server must athached it and send me the sql user and password.
problem:
the manager said me you should copy the mdb and ldb file .how i can find them?

You question not clear.

you want to make database backup (store in HD) and copy to another location from where you want to restore the database.
database can only restore by the enterprise manager tool.
use enterprise manager tool for backup and restore.
