Default uploading mssql database

i'm using mssql 7.0 ,i've a datebase "result" , which i have to upload on the server.so that i can fatch records from my website "examresults.net".

so pls tell me what is the procedure for uploading the sql database.

Right click on your SQL database-->All Tasks-->Export Data

Use DTS package to transfer your tables etc. to the remote server
