Deploying a project

hi all,
i have finished a project on my local computer, and want to deploy it over a network, what should i do?
Note:i made it using asp and js, using sql server2000 on windows 2000 using iis 5.0,and want to deploy it on a server with win xp and higher iis(i think) connected to a network. what should i do?
