Paging using asp and javascript

hi all,
still i have lot of problems, i have an asp page that posts on itself, a search page actually, i want to know how to get the results(as records)divided into multiple pages(google for example),depending on the user choice of records per page.
Note:i am using javascript with asp.
10x in advance for any input.
