How send the asp file as attachment ?

I working safety information site. I want that when user fill
the asp form and click link (button) this asp information file attach with e.mail.

sometime information not save on database, user will e.mail the information after fill the asp form how ?
what coding will use ?

You would have to do this Server Side using something like CDONTS or CDOSYS, if you google those terms you'll find plenty of ASP samples.

It can be done client side with javaScript but its not reliable across browsers so I would have to agree with Greg. Go with a server side solution.
