I'm using outlook express 6.0 and have McAfee security active. I can send mail but can't receive mail. If I go to cox.net I can read messages from my inbox so my connection is working OK. I have been looking for a few days for a solution but each vendor sends me to the other vendor.

The problem was resolved by un-installing McAfee Spamkiller, (A DOS Bat file supplied yb McAfee Tech support) and than turning off Spankiller checking incoming email.
