Default Down load a ActiveX DLL to Client

I have developed an ActiveX DLL in VB. it has to be used web sites developed using PHP.

Please can you guide me how this is possible?

I am trying to explain gain.

I have developed an ActiveX DLL in VB. it has to be used on a web page that is being developed using PHP. on the php page there is a button "Download". when user clicks on the button, this DLL should be downloaded to the Client Machine.

Please can you guide me how this is possible?
