Links stop working when browsing with IE browser

My ASP website is having a problem at IE browser due to a small Flash animation. The problem is when I open my website in IE all the links stop working.

The same website works fine with Chrome, Firefox etc.

My website is http://realestate.irealtysolution.com/ and the problem is caused by the flash world map in left side menu.

Any idea..

works fine for me? i used IE 8 and i tried it with compatibility mode and with out compatibility mode...

Perhaps you just need to update your version of flash or flash isn't installed at all?
