stop Draging a link from web browser to outside

Hi all,
i'm creating a securelink browser application using
WebBrowser cotrol in VB6.
Our requirment is that no one can't do drag and drop
a hyperlink out side the application ,as one can do
with other browsers.
is it possible through WBCustomizer.dll javascript:insertsmilie('

')
