Default Help about IIS

hi guyz,

i'm install IIS in Windows 2000 Pro. I've created a virtual directory with the name of letters. This directory contains an html file "index.html". now to browse this file i have to write in my browser "http://10.40.20.228/letters/index.html"

but i want that i just write my IP address in browser like "http://10.40.20.228" and i direcly go on page index.html
what should i do? urgent help needed

Open internet service manager, your website->right click->properties and go to home directory tab, select the local path
