Hi

I have a mdb database having no. of records. It is placed in online and it's working fine. Records are modified everyday by different persons from different locations.

This database has to be downloaded by anyone(no password protection) in any format (whether it is access 2000 or excel 2000) in zip file.

But this downloaded database only contain certain fields not all fields. Some restricted fields are there in the original. Idea is behind that nobody can view other restricted data.

Suppose original database contains (name, address, phone fields)

Downloded database contains (name and address field).

Downloading time must be faster.

Pl help asap.
