Default ASP Logon Page to Microsoft SharePoint Server

I have one question and i hope i will get the right answer,,, My question is:

Operation System : win 2k Advance Server
Internet Server : IIS version 5
other software : Microsoft Sharepoint portal and Microsoft Active Directory

I wants to create ASP login page which will accept user name and password for a user ( Operating System User stored in Active Directory), if there are some matchs then the page should be redirected to the Microsoft SharePoint server page and passing to it the credintial supplied (to prevent showing the SharePoint Server Login Page).

I hope I can get the correct answer .
