I get This Error:
Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80040E09)
Cannot update. Database or object is read-only.

and also I did all last suggestion but stiil have problem.

For what account did you configure the security settings? Can you provide more info about your setup (OS, web server, accounts used and so on)?
