Default Frames Problems with IE 7.0

I have a website that has worked fine for years (www.rlcindy.org). Still works fine for me with IE 6.0. Recently, some users have downloaded IE 7.0 and when they try to use the site (select "Login" under "Members"), the login page shows up in the menu frame rather than in the main frame. The main frame is both the default target from the menu frame, and is also the defined target on the hyperlink. Any ideas?

I have IE7 and it works fine for me.

You might want to establish with the people that are having problems with the page, what they have or are doing just before the problem occurs. Perhpas they could do a 'view source' on the main page, plus three frames and send you the code. Would be fairly easy to see what's going on then, I think.
