Default Frames

I am an apprentice designer, my first real project is www.senetmultiprint.co.uk. I have a problem i need the left frame to vanish until required. when i select a nav button the other than business printing the frame and content is still visible and the other catalogues load in the main frame.:(

Hi.

There are more ways to solve this. You could try to include this frame with serverside programming.
Or you can do this clientside with javascript.
