Regarding Sending fax

hi

i am doing sending fax application using asp when i tried to send fax that i am facing like this error

"Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed
/SendFaxAsp.asp, line 40
800401f3"

its my code of line 40
Set objSoap = Server.CreateObject("MSSOAP.SOAPClient3.0")

can any one tell me how can i overcome this error.
