Default Time page execution

Good day - Is timing the page execution really this simple?

Dim startPageTime
startPageTime = timer()

loaded in <%=Round((timer - StartPageTime)*1000) %> ms

I am concerned at the accuracy, would appreciate opinions.

TYIA
