'communication succeeded on port 25' - did they send an email?

;;;they wrote their own aspx test page and they get the error
At least its not just your doce which fails. If they cant get a page to send mail I dont see how you should be expected to. I am unsure how to advise you. The mail code we use is very simple stuff. Sounds like this box has issues you couldnt fix even if you knew how given the fact you dont have admin access. Sorry Im not much help, all the best with your problem.

Thanks for now, I know that at this point it's not my problem anymore but I would really like to know the solution.
Thanks for your help, when I've some news I'll post, so maybe if someone else has the same problem this could be helpful.
