Default Create additional drop down menu

Hello,
I have a problem to add more dropdown menu. I have a form that consists of 2 drop down menus for category and for sub_category1.
If the Admin want to add additional drop down menu, he/she has to add into the code. So, I want to make an interface/ quick access from browser to add the additional drop down menu.

Does anyone know how to solve my problem?

Thank You

What does this have to do with XML????

Are you suggesting that the XML is in some kind of feed and that the page should automatically adapt to the feed??? That's certainly possible, albeit how well it would work would depend on how much control you have of the feed.

I would think that, if you wanted something like this, then the web admin wouldn't touch the code. You'd just have the code be self-adapting to the feed.
